Trading 2018


This year's Festival will take place on Sunday 26th and Bank Holiday Monday, August 27th 2018.  If you would like to apply for a stall, the application form is here

Priority will be given to the following producers and suppliers:

  • Those who demonstrate a commitment to using locally produced, seasonal and/or organic ingredients 
  • Those who demonstrate environmentally sustainable trading practises (e.g. the use of compostable cutlery, plates or packaging) 
  • Those who are registered, operating, producing or trading in the borough of Enfield

     WRIGHT'S FLOUR     Flour, bread and cake mixes from Enfield's oldest food business who turned 150 this year!   Come and say happy birthday, pick up some classic baking mixes and climb aboard their beautiful restored vintage delivery van.  Richard of Wright's Flour Mills will also be demonstrating how simple baking can be with their mixes in the demo barn on Sunday and Monday.        Photo: Tara Sura

 FRUIT MAGPIE - URBAN PRESERVES   (BH Monday)   "We are a small artisan producer of fruit cheese (membrillo), the intensely-flavoured set fruit preserve for serving with cheese or other savoury food.  We aim to reduce the waste of good quality food and to make the best use of local resources by using surplus fruit from gardens and allotments which would otherwise waste.  One of the Observer Food Monthly's top 50 foodie finds for 2017 and an invited supplier to Jamie Oliver's CEO CookOff. 2016 Urban Food Award winner for our quince cheese.
