TOM GREEN'S OLD BLOKE'S KITCHEN

We are super excited about a special live appearance on Bank Holiday Monday at the Enfield Food Festival from craftsman Tom Green, who's popular and informative "Old Blokes Kitchen" blog and You Tube videos shows you not only how to make and smoke your own bacon, but also how to build the bread oven and smoker and even cast your own griddle pan!  It's one thing to create a meal meal from scratch but quite another to create all the implements yourself, so hats off to him! *

We can't wait to see what Tom Green prepares for us at the Festival, but rumour has it that tomatoes and smoking will be involved!  For current line up and timings click here.
